RE-ENTER THE SAME PASSWORD
ENTER THE EXACT RED CODE YOU SEE TO THE RIGHT
Edit your profile
Edit/add your profile image or logo
View & add properties for appointments
View & pay your invoices
View & schedule appointments for your properties
Click on Edit Profile, this will bring up a 2nd window with EDIT ACCOUNT DETAILS:
Click on the Primary Phone box and enter your contact #.
Click on Company Name and enter the Brokerage you work for. (ie: Royal LePage - Noralta)
Click on Next Step (bottom right) **DO NOT Click UPDATE**
Enter in your: (press the TAB button on your keyboard to move to the next box)
BILLING ADDRESS
BILLING CITY
SELECT THE PROVINCE & LEAVE CANADA
ENTER YOUR BILLING POSTAL CODE
Click on Next Step (bottom right) **DO NOT Click UPDATE**
This will bring you to the final window, select the options you wish to be emailed on.
You’ll need to enter your YouTube info so your videos are automatically posted to your channel. Click NOT YOU? to setup. (if your name isn’t already present beside connect as)
A second window opens that will ask you to accept to an app managing your YouTube account. Ensure in the top RIGHT HAND CORNER that you are signed into the CORRECT page you wish to have tours published/posted to. (if not, simply sign into your YouTube Page)
Click ACCEPT if you do not, it won’t automatically publish tours to your Page.
After clicking accept this window will close and bring you back to the main “ACCOUNT OVERVIEW” window.
Next step is to add a Company Logo or Profile Image:
Click on Add/Edit Logo (under the text account overview) This will open an additional window “COMPANY LOGO”
Click on Choose File (this opens an additional window that will allow you to locate an image from your computer)
When you have selected the image, click OPEN, this will bring you back to the “COMPANY LOGO” window where you will see the uploaded image with a crop box around it, make sure you can see the entire image inside the crop box. (using the little grey boxes on the edges to resize the crop box)
Click SAVE
